Schedule of Events

11:30 - Registration Opens

12:00 - Boxed lunch available

1:00 - Carts depart

• Play is a shamble with shotgun start
• On-course activities include Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle, School Wish List, and Quesadilla Stand

Reception to follow play (approximately 5:30-7:30)

• Appetizer buffet with open bar
• Brief Program with Live Auction and Scholarship Appeal

Play and Scoring: This year's outing will be a shamble tournament with a shotgun start. In shamble play each player tees off on a hole. That foursome then marks the best positioned ball. All four balls are played within one club length of this mark in the same ground condition (may be placed by hand). Each player plays their own ball the rest of the hole.

Golf Genius tournament software is being used for score keeping at Westmoor Country Club. We encourage all participants to download the free Golf Genius app in your smart phone app store.

Safety: We are thrilled that vaccines have allowed us to gather once more, but your partnership in keeping this event safe and fun for everyone remains essential. Guests are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear masks if unvaccinated. If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive in the last 10 days, please stay home and consult your physician.

• When does the Silent Auction Close? The Silent Auction is expected to close at 6:15 PM on Monday, August 2. However, this closing time is subject to change depending on the pace of play at the Golf Outing.

• What is the Wish List? If you are looking for a way to make a tangible gift to Nativity, consider a gift from our Wish List. These opportunities range from sponsoring the soccer team to sacrament preparations and are fully tax deductible.

• How will I receive my items after the event? Nativity is happy to provide complimentary delivery of all auction packages within 40 miles of our campus. Shipping charges may apply if you live outside of that area. Please be aware that some packages including alcohol cannot be shipped.

• Why can't I bid on some of these packages? Live Auction packages can be previewed online but bidding for the Live Auction will only be available to in-person guests.
